This is a vintage Advertising American Oil Co. Wellington #1015 Wind Proof Lighter
(Zippo Type)
. It is advertising the local Burnette Oil Company in Mt. Olive North Carolina. Appears to be unused in original box. It does have blemishes to the finish. See photos. No signs that the wick was ever lit, or filled with fluid.
