    Description

    Vintage Indiana Glass Triangle Triangular Pie Cheese Refrigerator Dish w Lid. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
    Incredibly rare. I looked all over the Internet including Worthpoint and Terapeak and could not find any of these sold or for sale with the Lazy Susan, not to mention a complete set of dishes and lids.
    This set of Triangular Refrigerator Dishes is by the Indiana Glass Company. The lids have patent number DES 89437, which is from 1933.
    There are a total of 11 pieces: 5 triangle dishes with 5 matching lids and the Lazy Susan Star shaped tray.
    The base of each dish measures 6 1/4 from side to side and just over 4 1/2” deep. There is a starburst pattern on the bases. They also have a handle at the back as well as a ribbed pattern on the side.
    Flaws as photographed:
    * The Lazy Susan is missing two of the four ball bearings so it is off balance but still spins easily.
    * The lids have a round matte area which makes me think it’s part of the factory design since they all have it. But I thought it was worth mentioning.
    * One of the lids has some chips/flea bites as photographed.
    *Lazy suzan has several marks and chipped paint.
    Amazing condition considering they’re almost 100 years old!
