Original Operator's Instruction Manual, "CASE Roller Packers Tractor Hitch", first edition.  The back shows form D-1754 first edition 500 10-57 (issued in 1957?).  Overall in good, usable condition - measures about 9"x6".  There are some wrinkles, crinkles and signs of age/prior usage.  Please refer to pics as additional description, no refunds or returns.
