Amoco New York State Road Map Vintage 1955 Eagle Weathervane

Description

Up for sale is a vintage Amoco Gas Station road map of the state of New York. It is in acceptable vintage condition but it is splitting in about 4 places along the folds. I've photographed the largest of the areas. I didn't see a copyright date but I found a similar one listed as being from 1955. It is definitely 1950s as the Index on the map references the 1950 Census Data. Please see photos.
Condition Issues:
There are 4 places where the map is splitting along the folds, 1 is approx. 1 inch long the other 3 are smaller. There are a few small edge tears along outer edges. One extra vertical crease (folded not on the original fold lines)  Please see photos.
